Product description
poly(L-glutamic acid)-poly(ethylene glycol)-azide is a linear amphiphilic block copolymer (ABC), which has poly (glutamic acid) as hydrophobic part and azide functionalized peg as hydrophilic part. ABC can self assemble into micelles. Under the catalysis of copper catalyst, azide can click cyclization with alkynyl in aqueous solution to form nitrogen-containing five membered heterocycles.
