Product description
The hydroxyl end groups at the end of PEG were replaced by succinimide succinate and linked to the free amino group of active drugs.Its reaction activity is high, but because the ester bond is connected with the main chain of PEG, the ester bond is easy to break and hydrolyze under the condition of strong alkali or strong acid, resulting in the decrease of the content of active groups.It can be used for protein carrier and ligand crosslinking.
