PDEA-PBA,P(DEA27-BA89),PDEAEMA-PBA,PDEAEMA is a functional cationic polymer with significant pH responsiveness and temperature sensitivity.The tertiary amine group(- N(CH2CH3)2) in its molecular structure can be protonated in acidic environments,transforming the polymer from hydrophobic to hydrophilic,thereby achieving environment triggered conformational changes or drug release.PBA can reversibly bind with cis diol molecules such as glucose,forming boronic ester bonds and undergoing structural changes,thereby triggering the release of drugs such as insulin when blood sugar levels rise.This product is only for scientific research and cannot be used on the human body.
