PCL5000-SS-PEG2000-Glycyrrhetinic acid(GA) from ruixi.Glycyrrhetinic acid can inhibit proto cancer. And glycyrrhetinic acid has a certain anti-cancer, anti-cancer and anti viral infection.Reducing responsive biodegradable micelles were prepared by linking polyethylene glycol and polycaprolactone with disulfide bond (peg-ss-pcl). It can be used for the co transport of superparamagnetic iron oxide (SPIO) nanoparticles (NPS) and anticancer drug DOX.
