PCL-PEG-T7(HAIYPRH),mPEG-PCL is a biodegradable,biocompatible and semi-crystalline copolymer with a very low glass transition temperature.Due to the slow degradation of mPEG-PCL,it can be applied to prepare different delivery systems in the form of microspheres, nanospheres, micelles, polymer vesicles,nanogels and implants.HAIYPRH hydrochloride,a targeting ligand, can specially bind to transferrin receptor(TfR).HAIYPRH hydrochloride can mediate the transport of nanocarriers across the blood-brain barrier.
