Polyamide amine dendrimer (PAMAM) is one of the earliest synthesized dendrimers. It is monodisperse, with a cavity inside and a high-density amine group on the surface. PCL has good biocompatibility, good organic polymer compatibility and good biodegradability. It can be used as cell growth support material and compatible with a variety of conventional plastics.
