PAMAM G4-PEG-SH is a fourth generation branched polymer of polyamide amine (PAMAM),modified with polyethylene glycol(PEG)and thiol(-SH)groups.Its core is G4 PAMAM,with approximately 64 terminal amino groups and a diameter of about 4.5nm PEG chains are covalently linked to the surface of PAMAM,significantly enhancing water solubility and biocompatibility,while reducing immunogenicity.
