PAGln-Biotin

Phenylacetylglutamine-Biotin/Biotin-Phenylacetylglutamine/Biotin-PAGln is a biotinylated probe. Using the high affinity capture of biotin avidin, isolate and identify target proteins that directly bind to PAGln in cells or tissues, clarify the molecular targets of PAGln action, such as studying the mechanism of PAGln binding to adrenergic receptors through validation experiments. It can be used to enrich low abundance PAGln in complex biological samples (plasma, feces, cell lysate), improve the sensitivity of subsequent mass spectrometry and other detection methods, and assist in accurately quantifying endogenous PAGln levels in samples.
