Poly(b-amino esters)--polyethylene glycol--fluorescein, PAE-PEG-FITC, FITC-PEG-PAE from ruixi PAE-PEG-FITC is a hetero-functional peg derivative. One end of PEG is connected with PAE , the other end is connected with FITC.Fluorescein often called FITC is a commonly used fluorescent tracer in biology for staining cells, tissues, biomarkers or nanoparticles. It has peak absorption or excitation at 494 nm and maximum emission at 521 nm. Fluorescent PEG is commonly used for PEGylation to label or tag biomolecules and nanoparticles with dye and tracer.
