Poly(b-amino esters)-polyethylene glycol-CRGD,PAE-PEG-CRGD,CRGD-PEG-PAE from ruixi PAE-PEG-Alkyne is a hetero-functional peg derivative.One end of PEG is connected with PAE,the other end is connected with CRGD.CRGD cyclopeptide is an active targeting polypeptide.The liposomes formed can directly act on tumor targets to form an active targeting effect.There are many kinds of cRGD cyclic peptides, including C(RGDfK),C(RGDfC),C(RGDyK),C(RGDyC),etc.But there are two kinds of cyclic peptides,C (RGDfK)and C(RGDfC),which are commonly used and have better targeting. The molecular weight of PEG can choose 1000,2000,3400,5000 Da.
