Macrocyclic ligands and their use as MRI contrast agents,including bifunctional chelating agents,macrocyclic ligands,magnetic resonance reagents,reaction intermediates and a series of products.NHS(N-hydroxysuccinimide)esters and other active esters(sulfo NHS, sulfotetrafluorophenyl STP)are suitable for amino modification.NHS is the most common active ester.The common modifications are fluorescent labeling,fluorescence quenching agent and other reporter groups.
