Product description

N-Hydroxysuccinimide-polycaprolactone-poly(ethylene glycol)-thiol,NHS-PCL-PEG-SH from ruixi.NHS-PCL-PEG-SH is a biofunctional amphiphilic block copolymer with thiol group at the end of PEG and NHS at the end of polycaprolactone.  PCL-PEG-NHS is used to prepare polymeric micelle where its PEG shell  which can be modified by targeting moieties, and hydrophobic drugs like paclitaxel can be packaged in its PLA core.
