NHS ester-PEG4-Val-Cit-PAB-MMAE can be used antibody drug conjugation as a precursor. It contains a PEG4 spacer, a protease-sensitive Val-Cit dipeptide, a PAB linker and an MMAE payload. It can be attached to a monoclonal antibody (MAB) which directs it toward cancer cells.
