Methoxypoly(ethylene glycol) succinimidyl propionate，mpeg-succinimidyl propionate（SPA），mpeg-SPA from ruixi.Succinimidyl propionic acid PEG, mPEG-SPA is an amine pegylation reagent that can react with primary amine groups at basic conditions. Similar to mPEG-SC, mPEG-SPA also has high activity and good stability in aqueous solution.Functionalised PEG lipids and phospholipids can be used for protein-PEG conjugation.
