Methoxyl Polyethylene glycol-s-s-Doxorubicin mPEG-SS-Doxorubicin from ruixi Methoxyl Polyethylene glycol-s-s-Doxorubicin,mPEG-SS-DOX from ruixi.Mpeg-ss-dox is a amphiphilic block connected by hydrophilic MPEG and hydrophobic DOX through a disulfide bond with redox sensitivity. Two polymer drug complexes with redox sensitivity, mpeg-ss-ptx and mpeg-ss-dox, were synthesized by connecting hydrophobic PTX and DOX with hydrophilic MPEG through disulfide bond, respectively. These two polymer drug complexes are amphiphilic blocks, which can self assemble into micelles in water.
