Methoxy PEG Nitrophenyl Carbonate, MPEG-NPC is a linear Amine Reactive PEG with stable carbonate linker. Methoxy PEG Nitrophenyl Carbonate is reactive towards the amino group of lysine(s) by means of stable urethane linkages, with a longer hydrolysis half-life compared with M-PEG-SCM.
