Me-tetrazine-cyanine5 is a fluorescent dye produced by Ruixi.Tetrazine trans cyclooctene (TCO) linkage is a nontoxic biomarker method.Tetrazine functionalized molecules react with TCO functionalized molecules to form stable conjugates through dihydropyrazine.This reverse electron demand cycloaddition reaction has been widely used because TCO,as a diene, may have very fast cycloaddition kinetics.Cy5 tetrazine has been used to label biomolecules for fluorescence imaging and other fluorescence based biochemical analysis.It is widely used to label peptides,proteins and oligonucleotides.
