Maleimide (polyethylene glycol) Hydroxyl products from ruixi.Mal-PEG-OH is a hybrid bifunctional polyethylene glycol crosslinker containing active maleimide group and hydroxyl group. Maleimide is easy to react with thiol group in the range of pH 6.5~7.5 to form stable thioether bond, which is often used to couple with hydroxyl group on protein to realize site-selective modification of protein.
