Poly(L-lactide-co-glycolide)-Polyethyleneglycol-Maleimide is a biodegradable functional amphiphilic block copolymer.The PEGhydrophilic is capped a maleimide group,and the PLGA hydrophobic blockterminates with a hydroxyl group.PLGA-PEG-MAL can self assemble into PLGA core/PEG shellpolymeric micelles.Maleimide on the micelle surface can conjugate withpeptides,antibodies,proteins and others which contain Thiol groups on thesurface.
