Lyophosome made from Unsaturated Phosphatidylcholine(PC)(18:1 (Δ9-Cis) PC (DOPC): Cholesterol(70:30 molar ratio)),18:1(Δ9-Cis)PC(DOPC)is a phosphatidylcholine containing monounsaturated fatty acid chains(oleoyl groups),with both sn-1 and sn-2 positions being 18:1 carbon chains,and sn-2 position being a Δ 9-cis double bond.The addition of cholesterol(30% molar ratio)can regulate the fluidity of lipid bilayers and affect the physical properties of the membrane(such as phase transition temperature).
