18:1 Diether PC is a di ether phosphatidylcholine containing 18 carbon monounsaturated ether chains.Its ether bond structure endows the bilayer membrane with hydrolysis resistance and oxidative stability,while unsaturated double bonds(such as oleic acid groups)can regulate membrane fluidity.The 18:1 unsaturated chain can enhance the cellular delivery efficiency of mRNA or siRNA through membrane fusion mechanism.
