Azide PEG (n3-peg-n3) provided by Ruixi biology can be used to modify proteins, peptides and other materials.Azide (-N3) can be reduced to amines by the reaction of alkynes catalyzed by copper in aqueous solution.Polyethylene glycol can increase solubility and stability.It can also inhibit the nonspecific binding of charged molecules on the modified surface.
