Product description
L-alpha-PC:Chol:DOPE-N-DBCO(69:30:1molar ratio)-Neutral Fluoroliposome DiD-DBCO can be used for basic research to investigate cellular processes, drug interactions, and therapeutic outcomes as they can be tracked and monitored via fluorescence.
The formulation could also be adapted for vaccine delivery, using the liposomes to encapsulate antigens and enhance their immunogenicity.
This formulation can be engineered to attach various drugs or targeting moieties (such as antibodies or peptides) to liposomes via the DBCO reaction. This can enhance the specificity of drug delivery to target cells or tissues.
DiD provides a way to visually track the liposomes within biological systems, making this formulation useful for studying biodistribution, cellular uptake, and therapeutic efficacy.
