JC-10

JC-10 is an ideal fluorescent probe widely used to detect mitochondrial membrane potential. Jc-10 has better water solubility, and its performance is highly cell dependent. It can be used for qualitative detection, because the change of color can directly reflect the change of mitochondrial membrane potential. It can also be used for quantitative detection, because the degree of mitochondrial depolarization can be measured by the ratio of red / green fluorescence intensity. It can also be used in flow cytometry, fluorescence imaging and fluorescent enzyme plate detection platform.
