Isovitexin-Bis(aziridine)

Isovitexin-Bis(aziridine)/Bis(aziridine)-Isovitexin is a novel functionalized derivative obtained by coupling isovitexin with a diaziridine group. As a new type of functional crosslinking agent, it is used for crosslinking modification of biomolecules and polymer materials to enhance material structural stability. It can be used for the development of anti-tumor prodrugs, relying on the natural activity of isovitexin and the alkylating activity of aziridine to construct targeted anti-tumor candidate molecules. It can also be used for surface functionalization modification of biomaterials, introducing active reaction sites to achieve targeted fixation of biomolecules.
