Hydrazide(HZ)-PEG-N3,Hydrazide-polyethylene glycol-N3 is a bioconjugated click linker, which contains a hydrazide group and a terminal N3 group connected by a linear PEG chain. It can be used in medical research, drug release, nanotechnology and new materials research, cell culture. Among them, PEGylation can change its dispersibility and solubility in aqueous solution. PEG modification can form a space barrier around the drugs, reduce the enzymatic hydrolysis of drugs, avoid the rapid elimination of kidney metabolism, and make drugs recognized by immune system cells.
