Human serum albumin (HSA)is the main plasma protein.It can bind with water,Ca (2 +),Na(+),K(+),fatty acids,hormones and drugs,and maintain the colloidal osmotic pressure of blood.Cy5 fluorescent dyes:dyes that emit fluorescence.Cy5 is very sensitive to its surrounding electronic environment,which can be used for enzyme detection.The conformational changes of attachment proteins can lead to positive or negative changes of fluorescence emission.Cyanine dye is a relatively old fluorescent dye,but it is the basis for other fluorescent dyes to improve their brightness,light resistance and quantum yield.
