Product description

HS-PEG-N3,Thiol-Polyethylene glycol-azide can be used to modify proteins, peptides and other materials. Azide can react with alkynes catalyzed by copper in aqueous solution and be reduced to amines. Polyethylene glycol can increase solubility and stability, reduce the immunogenicity of peptides and proteins, and inhibit the nonspecific binding of charged molecules on modified surfaces.
