The transmission electron microscopy characterization results of glutathione(GSH)modified CdTe/CdSQ quantum dots (GSH CdTe/CdS QDs) indicate that The particle size distribution of GSHLCdTe/CdSQDs is uniform and has good dispersibility.In Tris HC (pH=7.6)buffer,the positively charged Lomefloxacin Hydrochloride(LMFH)-Cu(I)complex[LMFH Cu (II)] adsorbed onto the negatively charged GSH due to electrostatic attraction The formation of ground state complexes on the surface of CdTe/CdSQDs leads to fluorescence quenching of GSH CdTe/CdSQDs.
