GQDs-PEI modified graphene quantum dots(GQDs)are mainly used in biomedical and photocatalytic fields.The original GQDs emit blue light, and after PEI modification,the emission spectrum shows a red shift.The amino groups of PEI bind with oxygen-containing functional groups on the surface of GQDs,enhancing biocompatibility.
