Genistein-CY5

Cyanine5-Genistein/Cy5-Genistein/Genistein-Cyanine5 is a scientific grade fluorescent probe formed by covalent coupling of genistein with near-infrared fluorescent dye CY5. It can be used for live imaging of small animals to intuitively track the enrichment and metabolic pathways of genistein in tumor tissues and endocrine organs, and verify its targeted distribution characteristics in hormone related tumors. As a tool probe for flow cytometry, it quantitatively evaluates the differences in uptake efficiency of genistein molecules in different cell populations and assists in high-throughput screening of novel estrogen receptor modulators.
