Glycyrrhetinic acid-SeMC nanoparticles (GA-SeMC NPs) are targeted selenium-based nanomedicines designed to combine the hepatocyte-targeting ability of glycyrrhetinic acid (GA) with the antioxidant and anticancer properties of L-Se-methylselenocysteine (SeMC).

These nanoparticles enhance stability, bioavailability,and liver-specific delivery of SeMC, making them especially promising for liver cancer therapy, hepatoprotection, and oxidative stress modulation.
