Peanut agglutinin FITC conjugate (pna-fitc) was prepared by chemical cross-linking method with peanut agglutinin (PNA) and fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) purified by affinity chromatography.The product is soluble in PBS (pH 7.3),protein concentration≥1 mg/ml,and contains stabilizer.It can be used for PNA immunofluorescence detection,flow cytometry, analysis of interaction between biological macromolecules and research of targeted drugs.
