Fitc-peo-ppo-peo-fitc provided by Ruixi biological Co.,Ltd. is a non-ionic triblock copolymer based on hydrophilic polyethylene oxide (PEO) and hydrophobic poly (propylene oxide)(PPO).The copolymer has self-assembly and temperature sensitivity, that is,when the concentration is higher than the critical micelle concentration,a single block copolymer can self assemble into micelles.The copolymer shell can be used as a temperature control switch to control the absorption and release of hydrophobic and hydrophilic model drugs.
