Product description
N-(e-Maleimidocaproyloxy)succinimide ester(EMCS) is a non-cleavable, water insoluble, heterobifunctional crosslinker thatis commonly used to crosslink haptens to carrier proteins and enzyme toantibody. The EMCS crosslinker spacer arm is longer than GMBS. The EMCS NHSester and maleimide reactive groups react with amino and sulfhydryl moieties,respectively.
