is an amphiphilic AB block copolymer, which can be made into micelles. Terminal -nh2 can be coupled with peptides, antibodies or protein surfaces containing -cooh groups. DSPE and peg are connected by disulfide bond. When meeting the reducing substance dithiothreitol (DTT), the disulfide bond can break, which can accelerate the release of drugs.
