The preparation and characterization of siRNA loaded ysa peptide modified nanostructured lipid carriers (siRNA/ysa-nlc) were studied.Dspe-peg2000-ysa was prepared by the reaction of ysa and dspe-peg2000 mal;NLC was prepared by melt ultrasonic method;the surface of NLC was modified by synthesized dspe-peg2000-ysa to prepare ysa-nlc,which was compounded with siRNA,The optimal amount of dspe-peg2000-ysa was screened by MCF-7 cells,and the optimized siRNA/ysa-nlc was characterized.
