Product description

The active and passive DSPE-PEG micelles containing coumarin-6 were constructed by linking tr peptide with DSPE-PEG.After that,we separated glioma stem cells by fluorescence activated immune cell sorting method and tumor ball culture method. By confocal microscopy and flow cytometry,the uptake of TR modified micelles by tumor stem cells was increased,which proved that tr modified micelles were targeted in vitro.
