DSPE-PEG-TK-vitamin E,DSPE-PEG-TK is an amphiphilic block material composed of distearoyl phosphatidylethanolamine(DSPE,hydrophobic anchor),thioketal(TK,reactive oxygen species/ROS responsive linker),and polyethylene glycol(PEG,hydrophilic stealth layer),used to construct tumor microenvironment responsive liposomes or nanomicelles that can break and release drug carriers under high ROS(such as tumor site)triggering.Tocoberol(vitamin E/tocopherol),as a natural antioxidant,can protect drugs or active ingredients in the carrier from oxidative degradation.At the same time,it also has physiological activities of antioxidant and anti-inflammatory,and can synergistically exert its functions.This product is only for scientific research and cannot be used on the human body.
