DSPE-PEG2000-ss31

PEG and DSPE are connected by carbamate bond.There are two saturated acyl chains. The lipophilic end is DSPE and the hydrophilic end is peg.The connection between PEG and liposome is firm and the ability to protect liposome from damage is the strongest.Ss31 is a novel peptide with mitochondrial protection,which is composed of basic amino acids and aromatic amino acids alternately(h-d-arg-dmt-lys-phe-nh2).Ss31 has the characteristics of low toxicity,high activity and easy to penetrate through the cell membrane.In particular,ss31 can be targeted to the inner membrane of mitochondria.
