1,2-Distearoyl-sn-Glycero-3-Phosphoethanolamine--polyethylene glycol-Phenylboric acid,DSPE-PEG-PBA,PBA-PEG-DSPE from ruixi DSPE-PEG-PBA is a derivative of nano-phospholipid peg. One end of the peg is connected with one end of DSPE phospholipid and the other end is linked with pba.DSPE phospholipid attached to one PEG terminus. DSPE (1,2-Distearoyl-sn-Glycero-3-Phosphoethanolamine) is an 18 C saturated phospholipid with high hydrophobicity. DSPE PEG is a phospholipid PEG conjugate which has both hydrophilicity and hydrophobility. Pegylated phospholipids are excellent liposome formation materials that can be used for drug delivery, gene transfection and vaccine delivery as well. Pegylation of phospholipids significantly improves the blood circulation time and stability for encapsulated drugs.
