High affinity Ni NTA purification medium (l00250) is prepared by covalently coupling chelating agent (azatriacetic acid or NTA)to agarose medium (4% cross-linking),and then chelating Ni2 +.NTA can chelate Ni2+firmly through four sites,thus reducing Ni2+leakage into protein samples during purification.This purification medium can purify the natural or denatured his tag protein expressed in any expression system (prokaryotic,yeast,insect cells and mammalian cells, etc).
