Product description

Maltose is a colorless crystal.It usually contains one molecule of crystal water with a melting point of 102 ℃ and soluble in water.There are two isomers of α -and β-maltose.The ratio of α-and β-Maltose in aqueous solution is 42:58.It can be used in various fields such as maltose,liquid food and so on.DSPE (MPEG DSPE)is a kind of phospholipid peg derivative with terminal DSPE group at PEG end.
