Product description
This product uses DSPE as the hydrophobic anchoring end, and its two octadecyl chains can be stably embedded into the lipid bilayer structure of liposomes or cell membranes; The middle segment is a hydrophilic PEG chain,with HA serving as the biological recognition end,coupled with the amino group at the PEG end through carboxyl groups. Its polysaccharide structure can specifically bind to cell surface receptors(such as CD44), while FITC serves as a fluorescent tracer group,fixed to the HA or PEG end through covalent bonds,providing a green fluorescence signal(excitation wavelength of about 488 nm,emission wavelength of about 520 nm).
