Product description

DSPE-Hyd-PEG-iRGD is a PH-responsive liposome, which uses hydrazone bond to design PH-responsive nano drug micelles, and its core is composed of DOX connected by hydrazone bond. Under acidic conditions, the hydrazone bond breaks and the drug is released. When the drug carrier reaches the endosomes or lysosomes of tumor cells, acid hydrolysis will occur to release the drug, achieving the effect of targeted drug delivery.
