Product description
The peptide Gly-Pro-Leu-Gly-Val-Arg-Gly-Cys-NH2 was found to be a MMP substrate and is cleaved between Leu and Gly residues.PEG and DSPE are connected by carbamate bond. There are two saturated acyl chains, DSPE at the lipophilic end and PEG at the hydrophilic end. The connection with liposome is firm, and the ability to protect liposome from damage is the strongest. Therefore, the basic method for producing LCL is to add DSPE-PEG to the phospholipid bilayer of liposomes.
