Product description
Using aggregation induced emission (AIE) active molecule dsai as probe and water-soluble carbon nanotubes as selective platform,a label free optical platform for SNP detection was designed by fluorescence quenching effect. The interaction between dsai and DNA molecules in solution leads to strong fluorescence. In order to distinguish wild DNA from single nucleotide mutated DNA,we induced water-soluble carbon nanotubes as effective fluorescence quenching materials. The interaction between dsai and wild DNA is very strong,so dsai molecules can not be pulled out from wild DNA,and the fluorescence remains unchanged. The interaction between dsai and SNP DNA is relatively weak.Water soluble carbon nanotubes can pull multiple dsai molecules out of SNP DNA through strong electrostatic interaction, resulting in partial fluorescence quenching of DNA.
