NTA-Ni-PEG-DPPS,DPPS-PEG-NTA-Ni is a phospholipid polyethylene glycol nickel column derivative.DPPS has a hydrophilic phosphoserine head and two hydrophobic fatty acid tails,which enable it to spontaneously form phospholipid bilayers in aqueous solution. NTA is a metal ion chelating ligand that is particularly suitable for forming stable complexes with nickel ions(Ni).
