Product description

Doxorubicin-Hydrazone-polyethylene glycol-Amine，DOX-Hyd-peg-nh2 from ruixi.Hydrazone bond has pH response effect.The hydrazone bond is stable in the weak alkali condition, but it can break quickly in the weak acid condition, thus releasing the drug.Peg DOX, a prodrug of doxorubicin, has multiple advantages: it greatly increases the water solubility of doxorubicin. Moreover, PEG DOX, a prodrug of doxorubicin, can effectively self assemble to form stable nanoparticles in physiological environment, and the EPR effect of nanodrugs can be used for targeted drug delivery.
