DOTAP:DOPC:Chol:DSPE-N-DBCO(5:64:30:1molar ratio)-based Fluoroliposome Cyanine 5.5 lipid-DBCO is a DOTAP-based Fluoroliposome-DBCO for Tracking and Detection.The cationic DOTAP lipid can enhance cellular uptake for therapeutic agents (drugs, nucleotides).Cy5.5-lipids provide optical contrast for imaging in biological systems. DSPE-N-DBCO allows for functionalization through click chemistry to target specific cells or tissues.
